Description of Alumni ExCo Duties

Please see below for details of the expected duties of those who will be elected into the different positions of the Exec. Board.

1. President: Shall be the head of all committees and the ExCo, and shall preside over all meetings, and deliberations of the Alumni, and will be a signatory to the account of the Alumni.
2. Vice President: Shall deputize for, and assist the President at all times, and shall maintain a register of all the members, trustees and  and patrons.
3. Secretary General: Shall be present at all meetings and events of the Alumni, and shall head and manage the secretariat of the Alumni, and shall be a signatory to the account of the Alumni.
4. Asst Secretary General (Africa): Shall serve as an assistant, and back up to the Sec Gen. just as the VP to the President; and shall serve as a liaison for Alumni in Africa
5. Asst Secretary General (Eurasia): Shall serve as an assistant, and back up to the Sec Gen. just as the VP to the President; and shall serve as a liaison for Alumni in Europe, Asia, Australia and Antarctica.
6. Asst Secretary General (The Americas): Shall serve as an assistant, and back up to the Sec Gen. just as the VP to the President; and shall serve as a liaison for Alumni in Canada, USA and South America
7. Treasurer: Shall be custodian of all funds raised and gathered by the Alumni, and shall be responsible for effective disbursement once dule approved by the president and Sec. Gen. Shall work in tandem with the Financial Secretary
8. Financial Secretary: Shall serve as Alumni Accountant, and shall be responsible for updating the Financial Records of the Alumni
9. Welfare/Social Secretary 1 & 2: Shall be responsible for the organization and co-ordination of events, as decided by the Ex-Co, and also keep in touch with all the members to have an update on events in members lives that are worth sharing with the Alumni body.
10. Liaison Officer: Shall serve as liaison between the alumni association and the school administration. (Should be resident around the school premises).
11. Auditors: Shall be independent of the ExCo, and report to the Alumni Body, Trustees and Patrons on the accuracy of the Financial records of the Alumni. (Two Auditors shall be chosen).
